Sometimes Seo
Youn lacks confidence in her speaking ability. She has said multiple times that
she does not think her speaking is good and she is nervous when talking to new
people. I think her speaking is very good and it should not prevent her from
meeting new people. I gave Seo Youn a short pep talk during our session. We
also talked about grammar problems Seo Youn has in class. She gets confused
with how to use didn’t. I tried to explain the rules as best I could and even
gave her some examples on how to use it. I tried to work it into conversation
casually so that she could practice.
