Tutee: Nestor
Today I taught Nestor some new vocabulary to prepare him for some basic verb conjugation. I printed off a bunch of pictures of food and together we went through the vocabulary. He recognized most of the food and even taught me how to say some of the words in Portuguese. During this lesson I introduced Nestor to the verb "like". Nestor already knew the word and what it meant, but he often used it with mistakes. Like is pretty easy to conjugate except for the "s" on the third-person singular form. Nestor still struggles with that, but he usually corrects himself after a few reminders. I usually let Nestor keep his worksheets, but there is no guarantee he will practice when I am gone.
