Today the students had a grammar quiz so there was not much to really observe, but since it was the Thursday before the hurricane class was interesting. Felicia used the hurricane as an opportunity to lead the class in a discussion about hurricane safety. It was really cool and they were all really engaged. Felicia gave them some advice and let me chime in with some advice of my own. It was really caring of her to take the time to do that and she even offered her own phone number in case anyone needed help during the storm.
