Today I met Samir in front of Dirac again and today we stated by talking about soccer. We both really like Arsenal and we had a long discussion about our favorite players and what we thought Arsenal could do better. Samir and I then talked about how he was adjusting to life in America and he had some interesting insights. He said he liked America, but his only complaint was that vegetable were too expensive. That certainly isn't what I anticipated he would pick to complain about, but apparently in Lebanon fresh fruits and vegetables are much cheaper. Samir is really good at talking about what he is interested in, but I would like to see how he does with grammar-in-use. I invited Samir to come play soccer with some friends and me on Sunday.
