Tutee: Nestor
Today Nestor and I worked on conjugating "like" again, but this time I also introduced him to the word "play". Both play and like are fairly easy to conjugate, but I wanted Nestor to see the these verb forms are the same in different words. I do not know if that's what he got out of this lesson, but he has shown the ability to properly conjugate these verbs. I also introduced new vocabulary regarding activities that people play. I gave him a list of sports and I we acted some of them out to help him remember. I'm not sure if the vocabulary was quite culturally appropriate or practical because sports like parasailing are really uncommon, but it was good practice. Nestor and I then discussed what we liked and disliked to practice speaking before the lesson ended.
