October, 20. Today I was able to tutor Elyia at his home. I went there on Tuesday at 5 pm but he was out. I got a few interesting books from Dollar Tree for  us to read. Today we read a color and read book called "A Snoopy Day". It is an interactive reading book where you read sentences describing Snoopy's day and color. I think i have found a way to help his reading and pronunciation skills. In the book, after we read it two time, we read it one more time and i rewrote the words down, such as without, as with-out so that he can see how to say them separately. I noticed that he tries to say the whole word all together instead of breaking it up so this was my solution. I assigned that he color the rest of the book today and tomorrow i will go over and read the other half of the book and test him on his color knowledge.
