We talked our family structures and the traditions we have. We both have siblings and definitely had our differences with them. I receive special privileges because I am the oldest child. Turky also had a special place because he is the only male child. I being from a stable white family in the US have been able to travel a bit around the world and within my own country. Turky has also been able to travel, though his sisters did not have the same opportunities, and is very happy to be exploring a new culture for a year. he had a lot of questions about typical American activities. I took him to the Globe so we could attend International Happy Hour. He seemed to like it and I told him that he should come often so he can meet new people and practice English with other students. He seemed excited
